Our philosophy is not to be the biggest but rather, the best. We approach projects in a manner that ensures our clients receive:

In order to fulfill our business philosophy and deliver the highest quality of service to our clients, we limit the number of projects we take on each year.

Our retail experience spans the entire country, from Hawaii to the East Coast and all points in between, working on projects with a wide-range of clients. These projects range in size and complexity from fabricating simple shelving for a major furniture retailer to building all of the Disney stores in New York City.

Working in partnership with major hotel franchises, boutique hotels, well-known chefs, and popular restaurants over the last two decades, we have handled major new construction and renovation projects for a variety of clients. From fine dining to fast casual, we have built more than 50 restaurants, many as repeat clients. Our work has taken us to cities all over the country including Chicago, Las Vegas, Orlando, Miami, Cleveland, and Philadelphia.

Our commercial work encompasses a diverse range of projects including retail centers, industrial projects and corporate renovations for companies such as AAR Corp., Midwest Truck & Auto Parts, Mechanical Servants, and Mid-Res.

We continue to build off what has historically been the foundation of our business. Over the past fifty years Crane has constructed more than 10,000 apartment units. These have ranged from top-end condominiums to multi-family apartments including senior housing.
